Track My Order

You can track your order as soon as it is confirmed. We will send you a email regarding your tracking details. From that you can track the current status of your order.

Order placement

Only 4 simple steps and your order is confirmed.

We recommend creating an Ohho Express account so that you can track all your orders anytime, rate and review products, avail special discount coupon and more.

Once your order is confirmed, it will take you to a confirmation page which contains an order id, list of orders, total price and shipping address. You will be also receiving an order confirmation mail with the tracking details.


Ohho Express offers you both online (Debit card, credit card, net banking, gift coupon etc.) and offline (Cash on delivery) mode of payment.

When you click on place order, you will be directed to your shopping bag, where there is an “Apply coupon” option. There you can put your coupon code and apply. The coupon amount will be deducted from your total price.

Return, Exchange & Refund

You can raise a return or exchange request of a product within 10 Days of delivery. For that, go to your order section in dashboard. There you will find an option to return or exchange your order. We will pick up the product from you will initiate the refund or replacement process only after receiving the product with the same packaging and tags.

In case of replacement, we refund your full amount if the replaceable product is unavailable.

 Note: The particular product should meet Ohho Express Return Policy. We don’t initiate a return for a free product or if a product is damaged, used or altered.

 For online payments the amount will be credited within 72 hours. to the same account through which payment was made.

For cash on delivery, we credit your Ohho Express account wallet through which you can purchase any product anytime.

Cancellation of order

You can cancel your order before it becomes ready for shipment. The paid amount will be credited to the respective account.

 Go to your dashboard and click “My orders”. You will find the list of your orders. From there you can choose the order you want to cancel.

Modification of order

  • You can modify your shipment address before we start packaging your order. You can do that by clicking “Change address” under “My order” section.
